Practical skills that actually ship.

Coursivo is an education lab for people and small businesses who need real-world craft in accounting, administration, and English communication. Remote, flexible, outcomes-first, delivered through our own learning platform.

Why Coursivo · the training gap

Why most courses stop at the certificate.

You finish the course. You get the certificate. A month still isn’t closed, an SOP still isn’t signed, a client call in English still isn’t scheduled. The course stops one artifact short, and here is where it usually breaks.

01

The certificate trap

You end with notes, a badge, and a smile. You don’t end with a closed P&L, a signed SOP, or a recorded client call your manager would accept. The course finishes one artifact short of your job.

02

The mentor gap

Your instructor can explain the theory. They haven’t closed a set of books, signed off on a vendor contract, or sat through a tense client call in English. Once the questions get specific, the answers go vague.

03

The context gap

Courses are built for “everyone.” You aren’t everyone. You’re a solo consultant, a family-run shop, a ten-person agency where one person does the books after hours. Generic frameworks stall the moment they meet your invoice, your vendor, your client.

Services · our commitments

Three ways we close those gaps.

One commitment for each gap you just read about. Three things we hold ourselves to, regardless of the track you pick or the team you bring.

Every module ships a real artifact.
Commitment 01 · Beyond the certificate

Every module ships a real artifact.

Not a quiz. Not a PDF. An actual deliverable you can use on Monday: a closed month in accounting, a signed SOP in administration, a recorded client call in business English. If there is no artifact, the module is not done.

Your mentor is doing this work, not just teaching it.
Commitment 02 · A practitioner in the room

Your mentor is doing this work, not just teaching it.

Every track is led by someone with an active practice, not a classroom instructor. They have recently closed books, signed off on vendor contracts, run tense client calls in English. When your questions get specific, so do their answers.

See how it plays out
We work on your actual context, not a case study.
Commitment 03 · Your business, not a template

We work on your actual context, not a case study.

Your invoice, your vendor, your client, your team. The case we review is yours; the SOP you draft is for your own vendor; the client call you rehearse is with your real client. We dislike generic frameworks as much as you do, so we do not use them.

How it works

From curious to capable, in four steps.

A deliberate flow, not a content library. Short onboarding, work on your real business, written review, a clear finish line.

01

Pick a field and a format

Three disciplines (accounting, business administration, English communication) across four tracks and three flexible engagements. You pick the one that fits the gap, the budget, and the time you have.

02

A short intake, then a mentor

A brief intake call to understand your business and your goal. From there we pair you with a practitioner who has recently done this work, in the format you chose: group, small group, or fully 1:1.

03

Work on your real business

Every module closes with an artifact you can use on Monday: a closed month, a signed SOP, a recorded client call. Reviewed in writing, not just discussed.

04

Ship, then keep the door open

Finish with a shareable portfolio and a certificate backed by the artifacts you shipped. We keep the channel open for when the next gap shows up.

Who it’s for

Who Coursivo is actually for.

Six situations where our formats make the most sense. If you recognise yours, that’s where to start.

Solo · self-employed

Stop outsourcing what you should understand.

You are the bookkeeper, the ops lead, and the client manager. One broken link costs you a month. Foundations or Mastery closes the one you feel today.

Small business · 2 to 20

Calmer ops, without the chaos.

You own the company and everything attached to it. Full Business Suite covers all three disciplines, so you can pick up wherever the gap lives this quarter.

Career switcher

A clean entry into a new field.

You want more than a certificate on LinkedIn. Foundations Track sends you out with one finished artifact you can show in an interview, not just pass around.

Team lead · private L&D

Train your team as one, not ten logins.

You are bringing accounting, admin, or business English into your team. Team Program is a closed group, a curriculum shaped around your work, and artifacts you review together.

Founder with a gap

Level up on what you have been avoiding.

Executive Intensive is for the discipline you have been postponing for three quarters. A senior practitioner, your calendar, the actual problem on the table.

Thoughtful buyer

Not sure which track fits?

Assessment & Roadmap gives you a written diagnostic and a plan before you pick anything. Credit applies if you later enroll in a full track.

FAQ

Three: accounting fundamentals, business administration, and English communication. Digital tools and our learning platform are the infrastructure we deliver on, not a separate track for learners.

Foundations is a group program focused on one discipline, ending in one finished artifact. Mastery is a smaller group (up to 8) with personal sessions and written review between them, for people who want depth and close supervision.

We do not fix a weekly quota. Live sessions run at a cadence the group agrees on, plus async work on your own artifacts. Most learners find it compatible with a working week. If the load is wrong for you, tell us early and we will adjust.

Not directly. A short intake call maps you to the practitioner closest to your discipline and context. If the match is not right in the first sessions, tell us and we will swap.

Yes. Team Program is a closed engagement for 2 to 15 people, with the curriculum scoped around your team’s real deliverables. Invoice is per engagement, not per seat.

A shareable portfolio of the artifacts you shipped, a certificate backed by that portfolio, and an open channel to come back when the next gap shows up.

Start with Assessment & Roadmap. One diagnostic call plus a written plan, priced at $999. If you later enroll in any full track, that cost is credited toward it.

Early in a program we handle refunds fully, no questions. Later, we review each request case by case and typically offer a swap into the next group or a credit toward a different engagement. Full terms on the Refund Policy page.

Before you pick anything, talk to us.

A short call to understand your situation and point you to the engagement that would actually help. No sales script, no pressure.
